How much does it cost per square foot to build a house?
This is the most frequently asked question and perhaps the most difficult to answer without a slew of additional information.  In simple terms, factors
such as land cost, lot preparation, engineering, home design, included features and upgrades must all be calculated to determine a final cost.

Where does Clydesdale Homes build and remodel?
Typically, we have projects under construction in the far NW Houston area including Cypress, Spring and Tomball.  However, we have built new homes
and remodeled homes all around Houston from Katy to Conroe.

I own my land/lot already.  Will Clydesdale Homes build on my lot?
Of course. We will build on your lot or ours.

Where do we find new home plans to build?
Clydesdale Homes has a number of plans to choose from in the Custom Designs section of the website.  As a custom builder, we specialize in
custom designing the perfect home for you and your family.  Changes and custom modifications are welcomed at Clydesdale Homes!

Does Clydesdale Homes provide financing?
No. Clydesdale Homes does not provide financing and we do not require that you use a particular lender.  You may use your lender of choice.  If you
do not have a lender, we will be happy to make recommendations and referrals.

Can we use a Realtor to purchase a home from Clydesdale Homes?
Absolutely.  Realtors are most welcome!

Should we hire a third party inspector to have a home inspection done on a newly constructed home?
It is not required but, it is always a good idea to have a home inspection performed on any home, even new construction.  Clydesdale Homes
performs inspections throughout the construction process.  Additionally, our engineers, warranty provider and building officials make required
inspections during the construction process.

Yes. Your new Clydesdale home includes a 2-10 warranty from Home Buyers Warranty Corporation.  This includes a One year warranty on
workmanship and materials, Two year coverage on plumbing and electrical systems and Ten years of coverage on structural items such as
the foundation and framing.
